Evaluation

We evaluate a periodic task that is repeated over certain periods of time, either at the end or at an advanced stage of the work, aimed at conducting a performance survey in the implementation of an event, activity, program or goal in the strategic plan or the entire plan through certain criteria, including:
Efficiency, effectiveness, impact, continuity and convenience, whether in a short or long period of time to determine whether the objectives have been fully, partially or never completed, with the reasons for the difference between the scheme and the implementer within the organization itself, or what the Organization has accomplished and the work done by other organizations in the same circumstances, all in order to improve the quality of performance and take lessons learned to take advantage of in subsequent work when building future plans.
